Quinn Swearingen23:58 31 May 19I used to work at a spa and at first I thought I wasn't going to be impressed, it's a new place, seemed understaffed, and their system glitched so my appointment was late. HOWEVER, absolutely no one can beat the prices, the staff was super professional and very kind and attentive. The facial felt really personalized to your needs and felt longer than just 30 min. The deep tissue was one of the best I received, amazing attention to every knot and tense part of my body. I would write more but I'm still in a daze, but overall I was very very impressed and I will be going back for sure. 10/10 would recommend!![trinh gonzalez]()

The staff is friendly and always professional. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I see Thomas for my deep tissue massages and he’s the best I’ve ever experienced. Mine hit all the perfect spots and I felt so much relief after we were done. My bf had back issues for a really long time and he felt much better afterwards. I had a new masseuse named Alicia and today was her first day at J Sterling. She did a fantastic job. By the time I left, my headache was much better and my neck feels so much better. Jared T13:47 02 Jul 19Friendly staff at the front. Great massages every time. I was recently in a car accident and made sure to let my massage therapist know that I was injured. She took special care to avoid those areas all while making me feel comfortable. They seem to be well organized and have good rates. The last establishment I went to was charging me $85 per hour and at Jsterling's I was only paying $75 for an hour and a half (they were both the same "type" of massage). You can come feeling stressed and leave light as a feather. I highly recommend coming here for relaxation or more deep tissue massages. My go-to deep tissue massage therapist is Ibrahim. Only problem was we purchased an hour massage which like any other place is 10 minute consultation and 50 minute massage. Our appointment was at 5, had our 10 min consultation and the service started at 5:10 and we were done at 5:50 so our massage was only 40 minutes instead of 50 minutes... not sure why this was.![Colleen Drummond]()

I didn’t get the receptionist name who helped me out upon arrival, however, she was a really big help. She was patient and asked all the right questions so we could choose the perfect service for me. We both agreed on the relaxation/deep tissue massage. Shannon is who serviced me, and she was very kind, sweet and attentive to all the problem areas that i had. We discussed exactly where i wanted/needed my focus. This was definitely the best massage i’ve gotten! Shannon was very professional and made sure i was comfortable! Everything was clean and neat. I will definitely be returning! Immediately after my massage i felt a lot lighter, less tension in my muscles and overall more relaxed! My facial appointment with Vanessa started on time. She was SO nice and knowledgeable...she didn’t make me feel bad about not having a skin care routine - she’s a mom. She gets it. This was my first trip to a J Sterling and I will be returning without a doubt, I was surprised they did not try to get me into signing a contract during payment like all/most places, because I was so ready to sign up ?! I was able to book an appointment the same day. The therapist came outside to our car to meet us as they are following covid-19 rules. They introduced themselves and asked if we had any specific areas to work on. They were both attentive and made us feel comfortable. The massage was equally as satisfying, I loved that my therapist turned on the heat on the table for me, it was relaxing and helped my sore muscles feel less sore. I would recommend both Shedly and Liz, and not mention the front desk managaer Max who is very informative with the products they sell. Not only is she fantastic at her job as an aesthetician, but you can tell she really cares for the well-being of others. If you believe in this kind of stuff at all, when you see her, you’ll know what I mean when I say she’s a spiritual healer too. Meaning, if you want to talk they will talk to you during your massage. But if you just want to relax or fall asleep just let them know. Daniel does an amazing job. I'm a runner and get a deep tissue massage from him once a month for issues with my traps and I.T. bands. I always come out feeling relaxed with considerably less tension in my muscles. He somehow finds a way to release tension in areas of my back that I didn't even realize were tight or sore. He has even shown me some stretches to help with the pain. The entire staff is very professional and friendly, and they have taken all of the cleanliness precautions during the pandemic to make clients feel safe as well. I specifically requested a male therapist who I had seen the last time we were here but the front desk made a mistake and booked me with a female therapist instead. I have been getting manual therapies for years and just have a preference towards males - I'm sure everyone on the staff is phenomenal, I just came in with a certain expectation. The owner greeted me and was super accommodating after I explained the situation and he saw my partner even called yesterday to confirm all the details. The owner went ABOVE and beyond and was able to remedy the situation, I would just have to wait a half hour which I didn't mind at all as it was a last minute fix. I even mentioned I didn't mind rescheduling but he was able to get me situated and took me to hang out in their lounge which is so cozy and SO relaxing. He also offered complimentary champagne while I wait. I cannot recommend this place enough because the service can't be beat. The owner truly cares for your well-being. I like a lot of pressure and she did a great job at really loosening up sore muscles, while being gentle and relaxing. My husband had Laura, who was friendly and did a great job working out all of my husband's knots. We will definitely plan to do this again in the future. Not as fancy as the big retail competitors but still really nice. Kristina did great on my sore back and made me feel so much better. She worked every sore spot with progressive intensity and skillful force. Very receptive and focused to any feedback or requests. If I lived closer I'd be back every week! Once again: thanks and very well done.My partner in the couple's massage was far less thrilled with Daniel. Her perception was: "got the new guy". A strange contrast of painful pinches and pointless fluttering brushing touches. Whole elements like the foot massage seemed to be missing. She isn't super confident communicating and it was only her second massage, so giving the therapist the benefit of the doubt here, but overall impression was needs substantial improvement.

The front desk staff were helpful in getting me set up in addition to being cheerful and friendly.After arriving a few minutes prior to my appointment, and filling out minimal paperwork, I was invited into a very calm and relaxing space by Linda, my massage therapist. After a few questions, she got me settled into one of the best 90-minute deep tissue massages I've ever had. It was clear from the onset of the massage that she had years of knowledge, expertise, and skill, as she found knots that I didn't even know that I had! I wanted to try deep tissue but was a little nervous. Carrie was awesome about making me feel comfortable. She always did the right amount of pressure and adjusted perfectly when i asked. From walking in the building to walking out my experience was perfect. Marcie at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. The smell is amazing and the sounds are so relaxing. The massage table was heated which was perfect as I get chilled all the time. I added on a cooling scalp massage. That was my favorite part. There was no pressure to rebook while I was at the salon. I hate when places are pushy to rebook. There were no membership sales. I felt like they truly wanted me to feel comfortable and welcome. If you are thinking about trying this place but are hesitant because of the price, all i can say is DO IT... You wont regret it. His technique rivals some of the best massages I have ever received. He listens to me explain my ailments and where I am in pain and thoughtfully addresses each and every one on the table with expertise. He is able to accomplish relief in a 60 or 90 minute massage so I can go about my day and life pain free. I especially love the peaceful lobby and waiting room area. They diffuse essential oils which immediately put you at ease and calm your mind to prepare you for your massage. The receptionists are always welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is quiet and serene. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you walk in - there is no doubt that you're about to relax to within an inch of your life. He totally understood what was wrong with my hips, my back, and my traps, which is where my pain is. I felt better after just one massage, but now I try to go back to him weekly. He works only Thursdays and Fridays. As far as the others...before booking, make sure you ask how long the person has been employed there and how long they have been doing massage. Ask if they have regular recurring clients. There’s a lot of turnover here. Before Luis, I tried one of the male therapists that is no longer here, and I was very unimpressed. I’ve also heard from friends that they didn’t have a good experience here because of the therapist they had. The front desk staff is WONDERFUL, it smells good and is very clean. I’m 29 and have only ever had one facial before having my second one here with Luz. She was awesome as well. I didn’t leave with a red face, which I was worried about. She did a great job. This location offers incredible service, top notch masseus, a wonderful ambience in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and my massage from Florence was outstanding. When I ask for a deep tissue massage I was hoping for someone who could really get in there in Florence delivered. She was great, was very attentive and asking whether it was enough pressure or not which it certainly was, and she was very aware of sharing just the right amount of conversation and just the right amount of relaxation. My girlfriend would give me the occasional massage but it only helped so much. We decided to book a couples massage and were very satisfied with J Sterling. First off, their pricing was significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The place was nice, and peaceful. The massage itself was amazing and they took their time to make sure it was a personalized experience, doing what was best for each of us individually. My sister booked me a spa appointment with Gavin today and I am absolutely stunned at the quality massage I received for such a reasonable price. Guys, it’s literally so good that I am sitting down writing the review inside the establishment. I got the biofreeze deep tissue massage for 90 minutes (worth every dollar) and he worked out ALL of the knots in my back and neck. I feel brand spanking new! I’ll be back in 2 weeks. Eric Edwards17:58 01 Jul 20First of all, I visited during the early stages of businesses reopening from COVID closures, while everyone was still trying to figure out how to run things smoothly while following all the new rules and making it safe for those who visit. J Sterling’s Clermont facility ran so smoothly, you’d think they had been doing it for a while. As I arrived I was asked to remain in my vehicle and call to let them know I was there. A few minutes before my appointment I was greeted by Deanna who lead me in to the facility and had me wash my hands on the way back to the room. Deanna asked about any issues I’ve been having or areas she should focus on during the treatment. Once the treatment started I could immediately tell, Deanna was good, really good. She was able to get deep into the sore and stubborn areas of my back where a lot of previous treatments at other places weren’t able to quite get to. Deanna communicated the entire time, explaining what she was doing or how she was going to try to work through issues. I could tell throughout the entire treatment, Deanna truly cares about making you comfortable and wants to provide relief of pain and a great experience. I will definitely be requesting Deanna in the future. On my way out, I met with Brenna at the front desk. She ensured my first experience here met my expectations and she was a pleasure to speak with for a few moments as I checked out. There was no pitch, no request for you to do anything, nothing like that! Just wanted to ensure I was satisfied and thanked me for coming. I honestly couldn’t think of anything I would have changed about the experience to improve it, they’ve got it figured out here. We came in and Niari was at the front desk, she was very friendly, sweet and explained everything to us! We had Jeanine and Joe for our massage. They were incredible! Joe really worked on areas that I told him were hurting me, and even noticed some muscles that needed to be worked on that I didn’t even realize. He gave me a bunch of recommendations and stretches to help my constant neck and shoulder pain, and even told me how he could help me if I decide to come back! As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and was welcomed by one of their receptionists. She explained everything I could add on to the massage as well as who I’d be seeing. They each listened to areas of tenderness and addressed adjusting their techniques to accommodate as such - a refreshing change to the language barrier we have experienced at other spas.We went with the lemon-grass essential oil.
